Ready for another The Cameo Spotlight challenge?

Yummy colors.  I love this fun combo.

Eeeek, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Paper Smooches.

Fun, Fun, Fun!  That is what this card is all about.  I adore the outdoors, so I just had to have the Happy Camper stamp set from Paper Smooches.  I paper pieced and used Copic markers to add some fun and dimension to the stamped images.  I adore that little wooden sign.  It reminds me of when we used to go to my Aunt and Uncle’s cabin in the summer.  While the signs didn’t exactly look this cute, all the signs were made of wood planks.

I used my Cameo to cut out the card base.
It is a simple design, but I thought I would share it anyway in case you didn’t want to have to design it yourself.

{10.6.2012} TCS #5 color challenge

Oh sweet CAMEO, how do I love thee???
LOTS and LOTS and LOTS!

I just love The Cameo Spotlight challenges.  They are helping me find more and more fun things to do with this machine.  This week we have another fall color challenge.  They are yummy colors to me.

I needed a bunch of thank you notes and this simple design was just perfect.  The Silhouette does all the work and I just glue it down.  Amazing!

{9.22.2012} TCS#4 triangles

This week,  The Cameo Spotlight challenge is all about arrows.  I had a new embossing folder arrive and what perfect timing!!!  The green panel has a subtle embossed triangle pattern.  I love it!!!  And I added one more triangle as a tab at the top.  I had a square scrap of yellow I was about to throw away when it hit me to fold it in half to make one more arrow.   My Cameo file is the little notebook paper.  I love that I can resize it to ANY size I need.  And the fishing image was trimmed out of the patterned paper used in the background.

Bring on the COLOR for The Cameo Spotlight challenge.

I had fun with this color combo!  Perfect colors for a guy card.  I’ve had this mustache file from the Silhouette store for awhile, so it was about time I tried to cut one out.  Mustaches are still trendy in my book.

{8.25.2012} 29 AGAIN?

OMGoodness, did you all ROCK the first ever The Cameo Spotlight challenge.  It was so much fun to visit all your blogs and your amazing cards.  Loved it!!!  Ready for another round???

Hee hee, did you giggle?  Do you have ONE of THOSE friends who is never older than 29?  Well, I sure do and I love her.  Funny girl and I couldn’t think of a more perfect card.  She is going to get a kick out of this one.

I created the sentiment in the Silhouette Studio software.  Just line up your numbers, letters, select all and weld.  Then you just sit back and watch that fabulous machine cut it all out for you.  Easy peasy.
