Thank you my dear muse…
Seriously, I am so excited to have some creative mojo back. I have had my mojo disappear on me before, but this is the LONGEST it has ever eluded me. Kinda scary. But, thankfully my dear muse has found me again and I couldn’t be happier.
Que the choir.
I have to thank the current Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger for a {bit} of inspiration. OK, a LOT of inspiration. Ha. This is the second week in a row I turned to this challenge to get my creativity rolling. I loved the polka dots, the ribbon and the colors in this photo. Such yumminess.
Can you believe this is the first time I have inked up that fabulous cake from the Unity think happy thoughts kit. I also paired it with my favorite birthday saying from happily ever after. {psst, hurry. Both are only $26 right NOW!}
Hope you are having a fabulous weekend. Off to chat with my muse a little more.
stamps: think happy thoughts, happily ever after {Unity Stamp Co.}
patterned paper: be mine, orchard lane {Echo Park}
ink: creamy brown {colorbox chalk}
die cuts & punches: Corner Chomper, round binder border punch {EK Sucess}
other: marker {Prismacolor}, white gel pen {Uni-Ball}, canvas ribbon {CTMH}, suede ribbon {Offray}, sewing machine
oh my goodness, this is SO fabulous!!! i am adoring all the papers and the LO and the fabulous heart popping off the top! it’s funny, I usually think of birthday cards as bright and bold, but now I think I need to go make some shabby chic pastel ones, because you totally rocked it! 😀
