Let’s get our Flair …

It is Friends with Flair {FWF} Friday at UNITY… a day full of inspiration from Unity Stampers.  The list of participating Friends with Flair hoppers can be found at Angela’s Unity Blog.  Just a hint… someone has a secret blinkie that could win you some awesome Unity rubber when you leave a comment on that post!!!!

supplies: paper {basic grey urban prairie, vellum, bazzill}, stamps {unity folk inspired}, accents {liquid pearls, unknown ribbon}, nesti {scalloped square}

I love this little stamp set {Folk Inspired} by Unity.  I wasn’t so sure how or when I would use it but it is fabulous for Christmas cards.  This one just reminds me of a quilt and you just want to snuggle up with some hot cocoa.

This little card is PACKED with inspiration.  First, I loved {this} item from the Esty Inspired shop Barefoot Weaver.  I’m also submitting it to the Moxie Fab World Christmas in the Old Country challenge.  Since it does have that feel to it.  Gotta love that Folk Inspired set.

The paper is from Basic Grey and you probably guessed it… Urban Prairie.  I’m going crazy with this paper pad and Christmas cards this year.  I also used some Silver Pearl Liquid Pearls.  I love this stuff.  You’ll never run out of pearls again and you can make any size you want.  Just squeeze on a drop and then flick the bottom of the paper with your finger to smooth out the top… instant pearl!  Awesome.  I used Vellum… VELLUM!  I haven’t used Vellum in years!!!  I had to go find my stash of it (took a bit).  So when I stamped on it and then tried to color with Prismacolor markers, it got very muted.  Didn’t know that would happen.

Pssst… I also have a giveaway from Limelight Paper crafts {here}.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.

  1. Your card is seriously amazing! I love the vellum look and will have to remember it for a later date. Love it! I also love the new snow you have on your blog. That is really really really cool!

  2. What a FABULOUS card! I have that set, so I’ll have to try something like that. Thanks for sharing!
