{12.3.2012} Sodas in SoHo

December 2012 Fresh Baked Kit

Wow, it is our last Paper Made Bakery hop of 2012.  If you came here from Michelle’s blog, you’re in the right place.  If you would like to start from the beginning of the hop, head over to the Paper Made Bakery blog!

Ready for a peek at the newly Fresh Baked kit?

Lots of goodies in this month’s kit.

I’m kicking off this month with a masculine card!  I thought it would make for one punny card for Father’s Day.  You know, pop = dad and there is a soda pop bottle.  Ha.  I think it is funny.  But I’m silly like that.

I stamped the soda bottle onto some of the patterned paper and then used some Copic markers to shade it in.  The bottle cap was included in the kit and with a little Stazon ink I stamped the word POP on top.  I had a little twine leftover from last month’s kit so threw some of that around the bottle in a bow.

I have a SCRAPS UNWRAPPED video for today as well.  Let’s check out all the fun items in this kit together..

Time to wrap up September

This month, Paper Made Bakery sold out on the Old School kit.  I hope you were able to get your kit while it was available.  It was packed with great papers from Cosmo Cricket, a retro cool stamp set from Lawn Fawn and so many embellishments, I can’t list them all.  I LOVED using this kit.  I also have plenty of supplies left over, so I will be using it for awhile.

This hexagon card was my last creation for the Paper Made Bakery blog.  I really had a ton of fun with this one.  The hexagon shapes and background were created in the Silhouette Studio software for my Cameo and I MADE IT!  Woo hoo.  I’m super excited to be working on creating my own files for this amazing machine.

And I would love for you to use it too.  Just click on the image below to download it.  Unfortunately, it is only for the Silhouette Studio Software.  I do not know how to convert it to a SVG file yet.  I hope to create more, so you can find all my files in my sidebar under the digital and cutting files button.  ——————–>

I have an Assemble This! video with a few tips on how to use the file in the Silhouette Studio software as well.

And here are the rest of my creations for the month.  I just love them all.

I can’t believe we are at the end of September already!!!  We will be hopping tomorrow with a brand new kit!  I’m super excited to share this one with you.  It has a sweet surprise inside.

{9.5.2012} Paper Made Bakery – Old School

I am blogging on the Paper Made Bakery blog today!
I’m using the brand new OLD SCHOOL kit today, pop over to see how.

I also have a Scraps Unwrapped video for this kit as well.  Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to participate in Monday’s hop so I couldn’t join in the fun in the debut of this kit.  But, we can look at the kit together now.

Remember Show and Tell?

As a young one, I did not like show and tell.  Let’s just say being the center of attention was NOT my thing.  Still isn’t, but I can hide it better as an adult.  Lol.  I do remember one time my mom or dad bringing our dog for show and tell.  I was so excited.  We had a black lab as the loyal family pet.  His name was Hawkeye and I do believe I loved him dearly.  Funny, I don’t have many childhood memories, but I do remember him.  And he was absolutely show and tell worthy.  Ha.

But today, I have stamps and tell.  I’ve recently had a supply haul delivered to my door and wondered if anyone wanted to see what those boxes contained.  I’ll warn you now, it got a bit long (ok, like 16 minutes and 43 seconds LONG).  I can talk a good deal about scrappin’ products and I LOVE everything.  Lol.

You can watch it here or on YOUTUBE.

Let me know if you see anything you would love to see more of and I’ll be sure to use it right away.

May 2012 Fresh Baked Kit

The Paper Made Bakery design team is hopping today.  If you came here from Michelle’s blog, you’re in the right place.  If you would like to start from the beginning of the hop, head over to the Paper Made Bakery blog!

Let’s take a peek at this super fun kit!

This kit is going to be great for SUPER fast cards.  This card came together in less than 10 minutes!  I have another one that is similarly as fast I’ll share tomorrow on the Paper Made Bakery blog.  Yippee!  I don’t know about you, but I’m frequently scrambling at the last minute to make a card for someone, so a 10 minute card is awesome!

The patterned paper by Basic Grey is so pretty.  Lots of great patterns and the Sweet Stamp Shop stamp set was specially made for this month’s kit.  Love the great Asian images and sayings.

I have a Scraps Unwrapped video for today as well.  Let’s see what is in this month’s kit!
