Whoop Whoop!

It is THE best day of the week in blogland!!!
Big happenings in the Unity Stamp Company world.
BLOG HOP with the Unity Design team and
GREAT, AMAZING promotions going on.

All the action starts on the Unity blog and continues through the design team blogs.

I am using the Unity {be inspired} Challenge for inspiration today.
Have you played along yet?
Well you most definitely should!
Such great ideas below.

LOVE those colors.

All of these images can be found in February’s kit of the month {let love grow}.
They are so amazing and lots of great ways to combine all the stamps in this kit.

I started out with that amazing wood plank background.
GORGEOUS, right?
Then layered the flowers over the top in the challenge colors: red and teal.
I finished off with a tag and the perfect sentiment – praying for you.

Next up,
don’t forget Unity released their exclusive wood stamps
for St. Patrick’s Day.
LOVE them.

I’m using the LARGE shamrock with the sentiment from the label stamp.
Just a little masking and it can be separated out.
To give this simple design a little something fun,
I used an X-acto knife to cut out 3 of the leaves and pop them up from behind.
Neat-o, right?

Don’t forget to leave a comment on each blog today.
We’ll be giving away 3 prizes from comments left on the participating blogs.

That is all from me, head on over to the amazing Natalie next!!!!

Here are the list of blogs hopping today.

  1. Love these cards! Love how the flowers pop and move across the card on the first, and GREAT dimension on the shamrock card!

  2. The praying for you card is beautiful, I love the flowers. The color you used for the shamrock is different, but great.

  3. Great cards! Love the colors in the first one and that cute dimensional shamrock in the second!

  4. Love your card using the KOTM! …the tag, the trailing flowers, the twine, the colors, the background…love it ALL!

  5. That first card is AMAZING!! Love how you sprinkled the hearts across the sentiment…and that wood grain stamp image is so beautiful

  6. Beautiful cards, love this stamp collection! I like how you didn’t make the Lucky card the typical irish green color.

  7. I’m really loving how you’ve stamped the tag & background on the first – it blends & pops all at the same time. How is that even possible? And I love the sentiment on the second. Just superb 🙂

  8. Lisa: LOVEEEE your cards! I love the layering of colors on the first one and I love the pop up on the leaves! BEAUTIFUL!!!!

  10. This is an amazing card. Always need interesting get well and sympathy and this will be well adapted.

  11. Oh, perfection! I am in love with the flowers overlaying the tag as well as being on the card base. I’m also loving the muted colour of your shamrock card.

  12. Oh wow, your card is gorgeous! I agree, I love those colors in the be inspired challenge. And you most definitely ROCKED them.

  13. Love both cards — really like the how the flowers pop on the first card with the colors on the gray background.

  14. Love the cards – I’m struggling with the color challenge (because I usually don’t use these colors together), but I really love what you did with your card!

  15. your cards are breathtaking….♥…especially love how you used the stamps and colors in the first card
