{1.5.12} hip hop

Hip Hop

How exciting that for our first Hip Hop of the year we have our first {ippity} release this weekend as well!  I’m sharing {ippity} projects today, but you will want to start at the Unity blog to see all the lovely projects by the design team in the hop today.

We have 5 new {ippity} stamps
RELEASING THIS WEEKEND and they are ROCKIN’!

It was tough to pick the first ones to ink up, but I went with these…

Oh goodness, look at all the purple!  I have been trying to use it more in my projects.  I will admit, it is not my favorite color.  But I know so many who love it.  I was actually thinking about a little girl for this one.  I need some practice on little girl cards.  The cupcakes are too darn SWEET and great fun to color with Copics.

Whoooooooo wouldn’t love this little owl???  He is a paper piecing dream.  The two sentiments he comes with are just down right perfect!

BIG EXCITING CHANGES are coming this year to {ippity}.
Keep an eye on the Unity blog for more details.

NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS?

Here is the deal… I don’t like resolutions.
I like GOALS.
I know, same thing basically.  But resolutions tend to be forgotten
and there are some craft related dreams I really want to work on.

Thanks for hanging in till the end, this was a long post!
Off you go to Maren’s blog!!!!

‘Like’ my new FACEBOOK page just for my designs.

  1. I love the idea of setting goals instead of resolutions – the words you use matter!
I’m not a big purple lover in crafting, since I find it the hardest colour to match. Good to know I’m not the only one 🙂 And that owl…love him!

  2. LOVE these, Lisa!! Great goals, too. Hey, did you see that you were a winner in the Paper Crafts Connection 12 Days of Christmas giveaways? CONGRATS–and have fun with your new goodies!!

  3. Gorgeous cards…as always 😀 I sooo need all of those new releases!!!! Is that a sure sign of an addiction? hee hee 😉 Can’t wait for more videos! Hooray!!!!

  4. I love them both, purple is not always one of my favorites either (although it was my favorite color as a little girl) but you really ROCKED this one…I love the clever design with the star following the lines of the paper! Really cool 🙂
and that owl, he is a MUST have 🙂 Love that little fella and I adore the card you made with him. Thanks for sharing!

  5. I love your paper piecing on the owl. I forget to do that. maybe that should be my resolution…

  6. Love love these cards!! Ippity is going to rock this year!! I love your goals and know you achieve all of them and more!!

  7. Oh cute! Those cupcakes look good enough to eat! (I’m also quite excited about those bees and would like to see them in a project soon pleeeeeeeeze!). Loving your goals – especially the one about sending cards OUT – I too am a hoarder! And yay for more watermarks! xx

  8. I love that little owl! Cute cards 🙂 and great goals! I don’t do resolutions either. Just setting myself up for failure. Goals are a great way to go!

  9. Well I would have chosen the same image for my first choice, I want to make lots of cupcakes this year! Gorgeous card and colours. Love your goals image too. I need one of those to remind me of what I want to achieve. Would you make me one or do you only sell watermarks?

  10. WOW! I love how you did that first card with the star and the pink streamer!!! LOOOOOOOOOOOVE that little owl:) LOVE your goals!! I’m sure you will achieve them and soar above them!!!!!!!! ❤

  11. Both cards are fab, but I am loving the cupcake one with the purple! I love your card goals for the year. We are all probably guilty of hoarding too many cards and not sending them out. I joined the BRAK group on SCS and it has helped me get those cards mailed to people who will enjoy them. 🙂

  12. Great cards, Lisa!! I love both of them – the cupcakes look beautiful and the owl is spunky. Great goals for 2012, too! I must admit, I haven’t got round to verbalising mine… for fear of not keeping them .. ;-).
